Great experience with Creative Lifestyle pools. Jim builds a very quality pool in a great timeframe. Most importantly, he fixed any issues we had along the way and was very responsive. He’s a very hardworking and honest person. We really appreciate that he answers our calls anytime we have an issue and is responsive long after the pool is done. Great company and definitely recommend. We LOVE our pool so much!!!!! It is low maintenance and we LOVE it. Amazing family memories.

Like all projects, there were small issues. The difference compared to other pools, Jim was available and accountable at all junctures. We love our pool.

We were able to contact this company for help with the intricacies of this very specific home filtration system. Jim and his employees evaluated the system at different times. They worked hard at resetting the system and optimizing it. They thoroughly explained the details of the system. They were responsive when an issue arose unexpectedly. This is a creative whole house water filtration product that while unique is a delight to have. All of our guests immediately remark about the noticeable pressure and clean water difference compared to their homes. When visiting family members elsewhere, we immediately miss our pressure system. An additional safety of water filtration with high pressure for the entire house. Thanks, Jim for coming to our aid.

Jim was there every step of the way. He started by explaining the engineering of pool construction and introduced me to an ozone pool. He assisted with getting the paperwork to my HOA and even finding me a lender. Construction began 8/6 and we were swimming by Labor Day. I know that the recent hot dry weather helped the construction schedule but Jim managed the project well too. I was very concerned about a grapefruit tree near the construction area and came home one day to find the workers watering it for me! Jim was very responsive with questions, texts and calls. This is what an A contractor looks like!

We are 100% complete now and the pool and surrounding deck are beautiful. Every thing is work as planned. It has been a pleasure to work with Jim Monkemeier and Creative Lifestyle Pools, Jim worked very close with my wife and I to assure that we ended up with the features and design we wanted. I’m very impressed with the crews he uses from the bobcat operator down to the guys finishing the pool and deck, they are all artist in my opinion. Jim is very easy to work with and very responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. The only complaint I have with Jim is his lack of control of the weather. I will be recommending Creative Lifestyle Pools to our friends. Thanks again.

Jim the owner was fabulous with helping with the design of the pool and was always very responsive when we had questions and still is even though the construction of the pool is finished. Unfortunately the weather didn’t always on our side, but the pool got done in a timely manner! I would definitely use Creative Lifestyle pools again.

They did a good. They were very good about cleaning up the area and leaving it the way they found it before they left.

Overall a good experience with Jim and the crews. Everyone was polite and courteous. Very pleased with the responsiveness and results. Great job!
